Phishing is a process problem

Training helps. Removing the reasons people click helps more.

The most successful phishing emails we see in our simulations imitate routine internal requests: invoice approvals, password resets, shared documents. People click because the fake looks exactly like the real process.

If your real process looks like a scam, your people cannot tell the difference.

Fix the process: make payment changes require a call-back, keep approvals inside one system, and never send password-reset links people did not request.
