Tmdteq (Private) Limited (“Tmdteq”, “we”) is responsible for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@tmdteq.com or 4th Floor, 12 Fife Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe.

02What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, role and the details of your enquiry. When you subscribe to our journal we collect your email address.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or collect personal information. We record only aggregate data such as page views and referring sites.

03How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to send the journal if you asked for it, and to keep basic records of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

04Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time.

05Sharing and transfers

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we use appropriate safeguards.

06Retention

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months unless we go on to work together, and journal subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@tmdteq.com. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

08Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you have not seen a cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

If you open the “Book a time” tab on our contact page, our scheduling provider’s calendar loads and may set cookies needed to make the booking. It does not load unless you choose that tab.
