Five practices.One team that delivers.

Strategy and engineering under one roof, so the people who advise you are the people who build and run what they recommend. Most clients start with one practice and add others as trust is earned.

Digital Strategy & Transformation

A technology plan tied to business outcomes, written by the people who will help you build it.

Most strategy work ends with a slide deck and a handshake. Ours ends with a sequenced roadmap, a costed business case and a team ready to start on the first piece. We spend the early weeks inside your operations: sitting with the people who process the loans, ship the orders and answer the calls. Then we work out where technology will move the numbers that matter.

Because our strategists work next to our engineers, every recommendation has been tested against what it will take to build and run. You get fewer big promises and more decisions you can act on this quarter.

What we do

  • Technology and operating-model assessments
  • Roadmaps sequenced by value, risk and dependency
  • Business cases with total cost of ownership
  • Vendor and platform selection, including contract review
  • Programme governance and portfolio reset
  • Interim CTO and architecture leadership

Typical outcomes

  • A roadmap your board signs off in one meeting
  • Spend redirected from legacy upkeep to growth
  • Clear ownership for every initiative

Cloud & Infrastructure

Reliable, observable infrastructure that costs less to run and is easier to change.

We design, migrate and operate infrastructure across public cloud, private data centres and the hybrid estates most of our clients actually have. Our starting point is your workload, not a provider’s reference diagram: some systems belong in the cloud, some belong on-premises for reasons of latency, regulation or cost.

Everything we build is defined as code, monitored from the first day and documented so your own team can run it. Where you want us to stay on, our managed service carries a clear uptime commitment.

What we do

  • Cloud readiness and migration planning
  • Landing zones, networking and identity
  • Workload migration and modernisation
  • Infrastructure as code and platform engineering
  • Observability, incident response and SRE
  • Cost optimisation and FinOps

Typical outcomes

  • Infrastructure costs down 25–45%
  • Recovery times measured in minutes, not days
  • Environments created in hours, not weeks

Software & Product Engineering

Software your customers rely on and your engineers are glad to maintain.

We build customer-facing products, internal platforms and the integrations that hold them together. Our teams are small and senior: a product lead, a designer and three to six engineers who ship working software every two weeks and show it to you, running, every time.

We care about the parts nobody sees in a demo: tests, documentation, error handling, performance on a slow mobile connection. That is what keeps a system healthy in its fifth year, which is the year that counts.

What we do

  • Product discovery and service design
  • Web, mobile and USSD applications
  • APIs, integrations and payment rails
  • Legacy modernisation and re-platforming
  • Quality engineering and test automation
  • Team augmentation and engineering coaching

Typical outcomes

  • First release in production within 90 days
  • Release frequency from quarterly to weekly
  • Fewer defects reaching customers

Data, Analytics & AI

Data your leaders trust and AI that earns its place in daily operations.

Good decisions need data that arrives on time and agrees with itself. We build the pipelines, models and reporting that give leadership one version of the truth, then put that data to work: forecasting demand, flagging fraud, routing work, answering customer questions.

We are careful with AI. We start with the decision you want to improve, test whether a simpler rule would do, and only reach for machine learning or language models when the evidence says it will pay back. Every model we ship is monitored, explainable and owned.

What we do

  • Data strategy, governance and quality
  • Modern data platforms and pipelines
  • Dashboards and self-service reporting
  • Forecasting, scoring and anomaly detection
  • Applied AI and language-model assistants
  • Model monitoring and responsible-AI review

Typical outcomes

  • Month-end reporting in hours, not weeks
  • One agreed set of numbers for the board
  • Models in production, not in notebooks

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Measurable security and audit-ready compliance, built into how you already work.

We help organisations understand their real exposure and reduce it in order of risk. That means practical controls, not a hundred-page policy no one reads: strong identity, patched systems, tested backups, monitored networks and people who know what a phishing email looks like.

For regulated clients we prepare for and maintain ISO 27001, PCI DSS and local data-protection and central-bank requirements, with evidence collected as part of normal operations rather than in a panic before the audit.

What we do

  • Security assessments and penetration testing
  • Identity and access management
  • Security architecture and cloud hardening
  • Detection, monitoring and incident response
  • ISO 27001, PCI DSS and regulatory readiness
  • Security awareness and phishing simulation

Typical outcomes

  • Critical vulnerabilities closed in weeks
  • First-time audit passes
  • Faster detection and containment of incidents
